These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cocco Nails 805 website and your purchase of products from our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About Our Products

Cocco Nails 805 offers handmade and/or hand-finished press-on nail products and related nail accessories.

Because products may be handmade or made to order, minor variations in color, finish, placement, shape, texture, or design may occur.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor, screen settings, lighting, and other factors.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Unless otherwise stated, nail sets may be made to order.

Once an order is placed, we may begin preparing and creating the customer’s set.

Our standard creation time for made-to-order sets is approximately 3–5 business days before shipment.

Creation time does not necessarily include shipping time.

Orders may require additional time when a design involves special customization, unusual sizing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Nail Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail shape, length, and size when placing an order.

Where a sizing kit is offered, customers are responsible for accurately measuring their nails and selecting the appropriate sizes.

If you provide incorrect measurements or select incorrect sizes, the resulting nails may not fit properly.

Cocco Nails 805 is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements or incorrect size selections provided by the customer.

Please carefully review all sizing instructions before submitting your order.

4. Custom Orders

Custom orders may be created according to information, measurements, colors, designs, or other specifications provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the information they provide before submitting an order.

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee that an order will be accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Product availability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment problems
• Suspected fraud
• Inability to fulfill a requested customization
• Other circumstances that prevent us from completing the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.

6. Prices

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where required to correct an obvious pricing or listing error.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added at checkout.

7. Payment

We accept payment methods made available through our Shopify checkout.

Payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment options made available from time to time.

Payment processing is handled through Shopify and/or applicable payment processors and financial institutions.

Cocco Nails 805 does not generally store complete payment card information.

Use of a third-party payment method may also be subject to that provider’s separate terms and privacy policies.

8. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Cocco Nails 805 is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Postal service delays
• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Customs or governmental delays
• Carrier disruptions
• Events outside our reasonable control

Once an order has been properly shipped, delivery is handled by the applicable carrier.

If tracking information is provided, customers should monitor the tracking information and contact the carrier regarding delivery issues when appropriate.

9. Sizing Kits

When a sizing kit is offered, the sizing kit is intended to help customers determine the appropriate nail sizes before purchasing a nail set.

The customer is responsible for following the sizing instructions and providing accurate measurements.

A sizing kit does not guarantee that the customer will purchase a nail set.

Any promotional credit or coupon associated with a sizing kit is subject to the terms presented at the time the promotion is offered.

10. Returns and Refunds

Because many of our nail sets are made to order or customized specifically for the customer, returns and refunds may be limited.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product listing or required by applicable law, Cocco Nails 805 does not accept returns of custom or made-to-order nail sets due solely to:

• Incorrect customer measurements
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect shape or length selection
• Change of mind
• Personal preference regarding fit
• Color differences caused by screen or device settings

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue.

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and our store policies.

11. Cancellations

Because made-to-order products may enter production shortly after purchase, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

If an order can be canceled, any refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

12. Product Care and Reuse

Press-on nails can potentially be reused depending on the application method, removal method, and care taken while wearing and removing them.

Cocco Nails 805 does not guarantee a specific number of reuses.

Any statement regarding possible reuse is an estimate and depends on the customer’s care and handling of the nails.

Customers should follow the care and removal instructions provided with their order.

13. Nail Application and Removal

Customers are responsible for properly applying and removing press-on nails and for following the instructions provided with the product.

Improper application or removal may damage the natural nail or the press-on nail.

Do not force, pull, or aggressively remove press-on nails.

If irritation, pain, redness, swelling, or another adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional or medical advice.

Cocco Nails 805 is not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from misuse, improper application, improper removal, failure to follow instructions, or use contrary to product directions.

14. Allergies and Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and determining whether a product is appropriate for them.

Nail products, adhesives, removers, and related materials may cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals.

If you have known allergies or sensitivities, consult an appropriate professional before using the product.

Stop using a product if an adverse reaction occurs.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including photographs, product images, logos, branding, designs, text, graphics, and other materials, belongs to or is used by Cocco Nails 805 and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

16. Customer-Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit photographs, reviews, comments, testimonials, or other content to Cocco Nails 805, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

If you do not want submitted content used for promotional purposes, please contact us before submitting it or contact us afterward regarding removal where applicable.
